Growing up a Hoosier playing basketball since I began walking, I learned early the importance of honing the fundamentals of the game. Foundational fitness and movement training has become my passion because it reminds us that if we master the basics, success and longevity will follow. Every fitness level can benefit from building up the foundational characteristics of fitness and mechanics of movement. No matter your goal or level of experience, revisiting and improving the fundamentals should always be a part of the journey.
