Program Description
This is a series of various movement improvement routines centered around mindful awareness and connection to proper body mechanics. These short routines can be utilized as warm-ups for your comprehensive workouts or on their own to add some body weight, weight bearing, low impact, dynamic movement into your day. The underlying goals of these routines are to: • Enhance kinesthetic (body & movement) awareness • Increase heart and respiratory rates • Dilate blood vessels and improve blood flow • Enhance oxygen delivery to brain and peripheral tissues • Activate neuromuscular connections • Improve body mechanics • Decrease physical and mental tension or stress levels *No equipment needed! **One-time fee, LIFETIME ACCESS. ***PLEASE DO NOT SELECT "Leave the Program" BUTTON AT ANY TIME.
